I. Requirements for parts before assembly
1. The rolling bearing is cleaned with gasoline, and other parts are cleaned with kerosene. No impurities are allowed in all parts and boxes. The inner wall of the box and the gear (worm gear) and other unprocessed surfaces have been coated with oil erosion resistant paint for two times, the outer surface of the box has been coated with primer and color paint (according to the host requirements of color).
2. The matching surface of parts shall be washed and coated with lubricating oil
Two, installation and adjustment requirements
1. Installation of rolling bearings
When the rolling bearing is installed, the inner ring of the bearing should be close to the shaft shoulder, and the gap should not pass through the 0.05mm thick feeler.
2. Bearing axial clearance
For bearings with non-adjustable clearance (such as deep groove ball bearings), the axial clearance is 0.25~0.4mm; The axial clearance values of bearings that can be adjusted for clearance are shown in the table. 3. Tooth side clearance of gear (worm gear) engagement
Use a feeler or lead pressing method. That is, the lead wire is placed on the tooth groove, and then the gear is turned to flatten the lead wire, and the sum of the thickness of the two teeth is measured as the size of the tooth side.

Three, sealing requirements
1. Any gasket is not allowed to be filled between the sections of the box, but sealant or sodium silicate can be coated to ensure sealing;
2. During assembly, before tightening the box bolts, a 0.05mm feeler should be used to check the sealing between the box cover and the box seat joint surface;
3. The shaft extension seal should be coated with grease. Each sealing device shall be installed strictly according to the requirements
Four, lubrication requirements
1. Reasonably determine the type and grade of lubricating oil and grease
2. When lubricating bearing grease, the filling amount of grease is generally 1/2~2/3 of the grease space.
3. The lubricating oil should be replaced regularly. When the new reducer is used for the first time, the oil should be changed after running for 7~14 days, and the oil can be changed every 3~6 months according to the situation.
